Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Shipping Method 

We use Standard Shipping for all orders. 

Shipping Fees 

  • UK: A flat rate of £3 for shipping within the UK.

  • Europe: A flat rate of £7.20 for shipping to European countries. 

Estimated Delivery Time 

  • UK: Estimated delivery time is 2 business days. 

  • Europe: Estimated delivery time is 3 business days. 

International Shipping 

For shipments outside the UK and EU, please email us at sales@wizso.com to get a custom shipping quote for your location. 

When will I know my order has been shipped? 

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including tracking information (if applicable), so you know it’s on its way.
