A Wizso is approximately 70% adipic acid (which is like vinegar) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), variants of which can be commonly found in the kitchen. The remaining components include colour/dye, lemon fragrance, and a binder to hold the ingredients together.
After urinating, or maybe just before, simply drop a Wizso into the toilet. It will leave a pleasant, recognisably clean blue colour and lemon fragrance behind which removes the need to flush.
Generally, use one Wizso per visit but one Wizso can be used to comfortably avoid 2 flushes. Some customers tell us they have used it for up to 7 flushes! We don't recommend this.
Yes, Wizso is eco-friendly. They are made with ingredients and contain no toxic or harmful chemicals. It's environmentally neutral in that regard. One flush generates about 7 grams of carbon emissions (in the treatment of water and wastewater/sewerage) so this is avoided. Wizso as a new company is on a journey to ensure all its manufacturing, transport and corporate processes are as environmentally sustainable as possible.
Wizso is not harmful when used as directed. However, it should not be consumed by children or pets, which could cause nausea or vomiting if ingested. If the tablets come into contact with eyes or are handled for extended periods, there is a small risk of minor irritation, arising from the lemon fragrance.
No. Wizso needs a body of water to initiate the reaction to happen.
Wizso refills should be kept sealed in the pouch they come in and stored in a dry place.
We recommend you use the Wizsos within 3 months of purchase.
Using Wizso can help you save up to 50 litres of clean (drinking) water per day. Wizso also helps reduce carbon emissions of up to 7 grams associated with water and wastewater treatment and save you money as a Wizso pellet is cheaper than the price of an average flush.
A refill pack containing 240 Wizsos should last a family of four for approximately three to four weeks if they use 2 to 3 per day per person.
Our product does not interfere with the biological process in a septic tank.
Using Wizso requires a small change in behaviour ie. not flushing immediately and becoming comfortable leaving toilet paper in the bowl. After using Wizso to avoid 2 or maybe 3 flushes, when it's time to flush, the toilet paper can be flushed easily without any issues.

As a general guide:
But don’t worry – you’re in control. You can easily adjust the delivery schedule to suit your household’s needs.
A toilet flush in the UK costs up to 3p on average for both the 7.5 litres of fresh water in the cistern and the 7.5 litres that would be flushed and require treatment. One Wizso will cost about half the cost of a flush which means a 100% return on investment. For example, a family of four, each using Wizso 3 times a day should save around £130 off their water bill, which means a net saving of around £65. Please note the cost of water and wastewater/effluent treatment will vary throughout the UK depending on your water company. One Wizso will cost about half the cost of a flush which means a 100% return on investment.
Wizso ships to the UK and Europe. Outside those regions please contact us for a shipping quotation.
There are no hidden fees or charges. The only additional cost you may incur is for delivery, which is a passed-on cost based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Well that means someone before you has used Wizso. It is your choice to use the toilet as it is or to flush and then flush again after use. We would encourage you to do a pee and then add another Wizso (though one Wizso is good for two pees). What you choose to do does not alter the hygiene of the toilet as presented. The door handle, the seat, the flush handle/button have all been used by others. We are just asking that you reflect and save water, carbon and some money.
