Returns Window
You may request your replacement product up to 30 days after purchase.
Condition of Returned Items
To initiate a return, proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
If the product is faulty, we ask for evidence (a video or photo showing that the dispenser isn’t working) to support your exchange request.
Return Process
Please email us at customerservices@wizso.com with your proof of purchase and the evidence (video or photo) showing the issue with the dispenser.
Return Shipping Costs
In the interest of sustainability, customers will not need to ship the product back to us. We will handle the return process without requiring the product to be sent back.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Wizso tablets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
We strive to ensure all products are in perfect condition, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow the steps below:
Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that all fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any shipping or processing fees; however, we do offer an exchange for a damaged dispenser.
Resolution
If your dispenser is defective or damaged, we will issue a replacement dispenser. A replacement will be provided if and when needed, following verification of the issue.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Subscription Shipping Details:
Customers will receive shipments depending on their subscription model:
Solo-240 Wizsos should on average last an individual for 12 weeks or a couple for 6 weeks.
Multi -480 Wizsos should on average last a family of four for 6 weeks or a family of six for 4 weeks.
Delivery Times for Each Subscription Cycle:

Shipping Fees Associated with Subscription Orders:

UK: A flat rate shipping fee of £3 for subscription orders.

EU: A flat rate shipping fee of £7.20 for subscription orders.
Changes to Shipping Address:
You can update your shipping address anytime by visiting the Account section on our website. Just log in and edit your address details before your next order is processed.
The deadline for changing your address is 5 business days before the next shipment.
